PROCEEDINGS
NB: Any Biometric Visa application must be made in the country of residence. There is no refund.
 
1- Withdrawal of Form
Visa application forms are available free of charge at the following locations:
o The embassy registration center;
o SNEDAI website Download;
o Website of the National Police of Côte d'Ivoire www.police-ci.org.
 2- Payment (only in Euro)
Online
o Total cost: 50 Euros (excluding bank fees) (Visa valid for 1 to 3 months);
o Visa fee: 50 Euros for any length of stay (from 1 day to 3 months);

3- Make appointments mandatory

4- Enrollment
The applicant for the visa goes to his Embassy (see location and contact, right) with the following documents:
o The original payment receipt made online;
o The attestation of making an appointment;
o The visa application form duly completed and signed;
o An identity photo (4.5 cm by 3.5 cm format) of less than 6 months old;
o Passport valid for six (6) months minimum + photocopy of the first three pages (pages with photo and address);
o International certificate of vaccination against yellow fever;
o A detailed ticket booking certificate or a photocopy of the return airfare. Attach to the documents already cited, as the case may be, the following documents:
FOR MINORS
o Birth certificate (Mandatory);
o Original of the parental authorization legalized (father, mother or legal guardian);
o Proof of identity of the parent (father, mother or legal guardian) who gave the travel authorization (Passport, National Identity Card or Residence Card).
BUSINESS VISA
o Letter of invitation;
o Confirmation of hotel reservation;
o Proof of financial means for the stay.
VISA FOR PRIVATE TOUR
o Confirmation of hotel reservation or;
o Invitation letter.
 
VISA TOURISM
o Confirmation of hotel reservation or;
o Proof of financial means for the stay.
VISA FOR MISSION
o Letter of invitation;
o Confirmation of hotel reservation;
o Mission order.
VISA OF STUDIES OR RESEARCH
o Certificate of registration or pre-registration at a university or public institution;
o The last certificate of schooling or the last school card as well as the last diplomas obtained;
o Proof of housing (lease contract, certificate of accommodation in a university residence, etc.);
o Proof of livelihood for the duration of the study stay or a scholarship certificate indicating the amount and duration of the grant awarded;
o Plan the subscription to health insurance.
PARTS TO BE PROVIDED FOR OFFICIAL PASSPORTS HOLDERS
Holders of diplomatic or service passports are exempt from Visa Payment and only provide the following documents:
o a note verbale;
o A visa application form duly completed and signed by the person concerned;
o An identity photo (size 50 mm x 70 mm);o A mission order.
NB : For those who do not have an international vaccination record, produce a certificate or certificate from your doctor that exempts you from yellow fever vaccination.
5- Withdrawal of Visa
"The visa file is processed within forty-eight (48) hours after enrollment.o The applicant appears personally at the embassy with his enrollment receipt for the withdrawal of his visa.
